Job summary

Criterion Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive for national and multinational insurance programs. Remote work in the Southeast US with travel to coordinate placements, renewals, and carrier relationships across multiple lines of coverage.

You will manage large, complex accounts, lead underwriting discussions, and liaise with carriers, TPAs, and global partners to deliver solutions for large self-insured or captive arrangements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial P&C brokerage or multinational casualty accounts.
• Experience guiding underwriting decisions and working with large complex accounts.

Senior Account Executive – National & Multinational | Remote in Southeast ONLY

A national insurance broker seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive who has managed large $1M+ revenue commercial casualty insurance captives, large deductible, or self-insured structures. This role will oversee client relationships, coordinate domestic and international insurance placements, lead renewals, and manage carrier relationships across multiple lines of coverage. Client-facing and travel is expected in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of commercial P&C brokerage experience managing large national and multinational casualty accounts, extensive insurance aptitude to guide underwriting decisions and direct TPAs. Must have experience with large complex accounts, strong carrier relationships, and the technical expertise to navigate complex placements, underwriting negotiations, and alternative risk financing structures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage complex property, casualty, auto, workers’ compensation, and international insurance programs (Auto/Fleet experience a must).
• Lead renewal planning, underwriting submissions, marketing strategies, and carrier negotiations.
• Coordinate captive, large-deductible, self-insured, and other alternative risk financing programs.
• Serve as a key contact for client stakeholders, carriers, TPAs, and global network partners.
• Oversee policy implementation, claims reporting, stewardship presentations, and account deliverables.
• Ensure coordination of international placements and compliance with local insurance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing large, complex commercial accounts, including multinational programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of P&C coverage, carrier negotiations, and alternative risk financing.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and project management skills.
