Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-end landscaping clients with quality service and satisfaction.
• Proactively respond to customer inquiries within 24-48 hours to build relationships.
• Oversee contract renewals, targeting 95%+ retention.
• Identify and propose property enhancements to achieve at least 25% upsell over base revenue.
• Conduct weekly site audits to ensure high quality standards.
• Manage a book of business from $750K to $1.25M and aim for $250K in enhancement sales annually.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring crews meet quality standards and complete jobs efficiently.
• Lead daily pre-day prep meetings and mentor crew leaders.
