Job summary

MedImpact is seeking an Account Manager II to lead client relationships, oversee onboarding and renewal processes, and collaborate across teams. This role requires strong communication, analytics, and project-management skills to ensure service excellence for our healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license or national certification desired.
• Experience in account management or client services within healthcare/ PBM industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads onboarding and manages the lifecycle of client relationships from conception to renewal.
• Ensures service levels and operational support are aligned with client requirements.
• Manages complex, high-impact projects with limited supervision and mentors junior staff.
• Coordinates implementation activities, documentation, and client communications during onboarding.
• Educates clients on MedImpact systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption.
• Identifies opportunities for service expansion and process improvements with clients.
