Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to sustain and grow relationships with assigned clients. You will oversee implementations, train clients on products, and drive service quality across multiple contracts.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing escalations, and supporting sales opportunities. Travel and state-regulatory awareness may be involved, with a flexible schedule across remote, hybrid, or field engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related account management or client services experience.
• Lead experience in a functional area with cross-functional teams.
• Supervisory experience including hiring, training and performance management.
• Vendor management experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned account and client relationships and service responsibilities.
• Assist in project management of all contract implementations and establish strong account relationships.
• Provide training to clients on product use and function.
• Coordinate design, development and rollout of product enhancements.
• Complete site visits, calls and vendor meetings with accounts.
• Track account complaints with Quality Improvement and ensure timely follow-up.
• Resolve problems or complaints and close account issues.
• Support sales and business development opportunities and RFPs.
• Translate client requests into actionable items for operations and product teams.
