Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred with relevant experience.
• NM Life & Health insurance license.
• 7–10 years of experience servicing large Employee Benefit accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with independence and decision-making.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients and carriers.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with decision makers for HUB clients.
• Understands clients’ business and industry.
• Articulates strategies to clients on cost management, benefits technology, compliance, etc.
• Liaises between clients and carriers to resolve issues.
• Develops new business from existing accounts and leads.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure producer is informed for client meetings.
