Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with high discretion and autonomy.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, underwriters and partners to meet retention goals.
• Builds strong relationships with decision-makers for assigned HUB clients.
• Knows the client’s business and industry in detail to advise effectively.
• Communicates HUB resources and strategies on cost management, benefits, compliance and HR topics.
• Analyzes insurance plans to determine suitability and stays informed on market changes.
