The role involves client service, collaboration with producers and carriers, and contributing to new business development.

Required are a Life and Health Insurance license and a high school diploma (college degree preferred). Strong communication, MS Office skills, and familiarity with Benefit Point and Monday.com

Qualifications

• Life and Health Insurance license is required.
• High school diploma is required; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency or ability to learn Benefit Point, Monday.com, and other software.
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Supports, mentors, and trains Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers as needed.
• Manages a book of insurance business with autonomy and decision-making.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and partners, aiming for high retention.
• Supports Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
• May develop new business and account rounding per policies and procedures.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Understands clients' insurance objectives and analyzes plans for suitability; tracks industry changes.
