Job summary

Mod Op is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client initiatives across multiple programs in our Philadelphia office. You will act as mission control for campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable results.

The role requires 4–8 years of agency experience, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines and client expectations while elevating the partner relationship.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–8 years of related agency or client marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Well-rounded experience managing multiple marketing communications disciplines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, listening, negotiation, and written skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key client contact, driving proactive strategic initiatives within the account direction.
• Identify and recommend business-building ideas; contribute to plans, budgets, timelines.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and optimize opportunities.
• Lead account logistics across projects, productions, billing, and organization; manage timelines.
• Coordinate production projects and approvals, ensuring work moves efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Manage campaign deliverables, proofing, QA, and client presentations; liaise with partner agencies.
• Oversee billing processes, invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
• Support junior team members with guidance and coaching.
