Job summary

United Land Service is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for the branch and to act as a subject matter expert in customer relations, quality control, maintenance safety procedures, ancillary sales, and budget adherence.

This role involves driving between job sites, managing maintenance contracts, and developing long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and contract success.

Qualifications

• Five years’ relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Landscape or Construction industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record managing accounts with >$1.5M annual revenue.
• Leadership of maintenance crews with focus on safety, quality, training and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the branch, managing all aspects of the maintenance contract.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and contractual obligations are met or exceeded.
• Identify and develop opportunities for enhancements of existing landscapes.
• Represent the company at events and associations to build relationships and enhance brand image.
• Assist the sales team with winning new work for the branch/organization.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes.
• Remain accountable and adhere to labor budgets and P&L guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
