Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or rare disease sales experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance in complex markets.
• Strong account management and territory planning capabilities.
• Experience engaging with specialty HCPs and navigating complex treatment pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Drive demand generation across target HCP segments (geneticists, cardiologists, neurologists, metabolic specialists).
• Prioritize accounts using data-driven insights to optimize impact.
• Deliver against sales objectives and KPIs for Galafold and Pombiliti Opfolda.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver integrated customer experiences.
• Identify and address barriers to treatment, partnering cross-functionally to resolve access and operational challenges.
