Responsibilities

• Territory Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with brand strategy and priorities.
• Customer Engagement & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts; deliver compliant product education.
• Patient Identification & Market Development: Drive initiatives to improve diagnosis and patient finding for Fabry and Pompe diseases; expand awareness of treatment options.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Clinical Coordinators, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver integrated customer experience.
• Business Planning & Insights Generation: Analyze territory performance and provide actionable field insights; maintain records and forecasts in CRM.
• Compliance & Values: Operate in compliance with policies and regulations; demonstrate patient-centricity and ethics.
