Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team in a fast-paced environment. You will grow senior-level client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and lead complex cross-functional campaigns on Snapchat.

You will educate brands and agencies, guide optimization, and drive revenue through strategic RFPs and upsell opportunities while working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years proven experience taking complex data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories that drive campaign performance.
• 5+ years working with clients to understand brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues facing their business while performing in-depth data analysis.
• Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Educate brands and agencies on Snap’s products and best practices to drive performance.
• Onboard new account managers and specialists, sharing best practices and cross-functional relationships.
• Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists during RFPs to develop innovative campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams and manage complex work streams.
• Dive deep into campaign data; guide KPI-driven measurement strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
• Increase adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools with ongoing support.
• Develop best-in-class case studies delivering a test-and-learn agenda across categories.
