Snap Inc. seeks a Senior Account Manager for its global Small and Medium Customers team. You will manage senior-level client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and lead cross-functional projects across product, sales, and creative teams.

You will drive data-informed strategies, onboard new teammates, and help scale branded and performance campaigns on Snapchat while delivering measurable ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital advertising data analysis driving campaign performance.
• Experience building data narratives for brand and performance campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Educate on Snap products and drive best practices.
• Onboard new account managers and specialists.
• Collaborate with account executives during RFPs to develop campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and optimize for ROI.
• Support self-serve platform adoption and provide real-time analysis.
• Develop case studies with a test-and-learn agenda.
