Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and business partners.

• Oversee day-to-day management and support of Meritain's Alternative Health & Advocacy Solutions partner portfolio.
• Coordinate issue remediation and governance processes across internal teams and partners.
• Support implementations, escalations, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement across partners and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders to ensure service levels and outcomes.
