Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Development Executive to deepen relationships with existing customers and drive renewals and expansion.

You will work with Customer Success Managers to understand customer needs and align on strategic goals, demonstrating how Lyra’s platform delivers measurable value. This role emphasizes long-term partnership over hunting, with opportunities for cross-sell and collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in account executive, customer success, or renewal-focused sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed expansion and renewal targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the commercial relationship for a book of existing customers.
• Drive expansion opportunities by identifying upsell and cross-sell needs.
• Lead renewals, including pricing discussions and contract negotiations for renewals/RFPs.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on strategic account plans and objectives.
• Understand customer models, usage trends, and product adoption to inform growth strategies.
• Maintain forecasts and updates in Salesforce or CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support.
