Job summary
Lyra Health seeks a Director of Engagement Strategy to lead high-impact, data-informed marketing initiatives that connect more people to care. You will manage a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers and partner with Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to scale playbooks and improve Net Revenue Retention.

Qualifications
- Digital health/healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Familiar with enterprise marketing to large accounts.
- Self-starter who leads teams and goals proactively.
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights for executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact engagement strategy initiatives across major accounts.
- Manage a 7-person team and elevate consulting and operational excellence.
- Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance.
- Own annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives for the team.
- Develop scalable playbooks and marketing frameworks to improve NRR.
- Translate data into customer-facing stories and turnaround plans.
