Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to nurture and expand existing customer relationships across employer and health plan partnerships. You will own the commercial relationship for a book of customers and drive renewals and expansions.

Collaborate with CSMs to align on customer goals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate forecasts. This role values strategic selling, data-driven decisions, and strong communication.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in account executive or renewal-focused sales roles.
• Proven ability to exceed expansion and renewal targets with strong communication and EQ.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and ability to use data to inform strategies.

Mansioni

• Own the commercial relationship for a book of existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the full renewal process, including pricing negotiations and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support.
