Lyra Health is seeking a Director of Engagement Strategy to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that connect more employers and members to care. You will manage a team of 7 managers, elevating execution to strategic consulting and operational excellence.

You will drive data-informed programs across Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to improve Net Revenue Retention and scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with a strong track record in leadership and team development
• Experience in digital health or fast-growing technology sectors strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop corporate marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes
• Skilled at translating complex data into clear strategic insights for executives and clients
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally to navigate complex initiatives and tight timelines
• Self-starter who can lead without hand-holding and manage teams proactively
• Deep empathy for customer needs, healthcare/employee benefits background highly valued
• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot and/or Confluence is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers with a focus on high-value strategic consulting
• Own annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives; translate wins into scalable playbooks
• Define operational strategy and governance; standardize tools and process with AI-enabled efficiency
• Translate data and funnel metrics into clear, customer-facing stories for success
• Build scalable marketing playbooks categorized by industry, tenure, segment, configuration
• Analyze performance and present business impact to drive customer health outcomes
• Maintain sustainable workloads and protect strategic thinking space aligned with our Mind Yourself value
