Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engagement Strategy to lead high-impact initiatives that connect more people to care through thoughtful, data-informed marketing.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Marketing and manages seven Engagement Strategy Managers. You will transform customer engagement by embedding Lyra’s marketing within clients’ broader operational goals, partnering with success, operations, product, analytics and finance to build scalable frameworks that boost

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B/relationship-driven marketing
• 5+ years managing a team
• Experience in digital health or fast-growing tech preferred
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights for executives and clients
• Proven success in customer-facing roles persuading stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments
• Self-starter with proactive team management
• Healthcare/employee benefits background preferred
• Familiarity with marketing tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, Confluence

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers
• Own annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives
• Build scalable marketing playbooks and frameworks
• Embed Lyra marketing within clients' operational goals
• Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, Finance
• Translate data into customer-facing narratives and drive NRR
• Maintain sustainable workloads and protect strategic thinking space
