Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Director of Engagement Strategy to drive high-impact, data-informed marketing initiatives across large accounts. You will lead a team of seven managers, elevating them from execution to strategic consulting while aligning with Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance.

You will shape annual strategy, budgets, and scalable playbooks, embedding Lyra’s marketing within employers’ broader goals to improve Net Revenue Retention and drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B or relationship-driven marketing, with at least 5 years leading a team
• Digital health or fast-growing tech experience preferred
• Proven ability to translate data and metrics into strategic insights for executives and clients
• Successful track record persuading stakeholders to adopt marketing recommendations
• Experience cross-functionally managing complex initiatives with tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers and elevate consulting and operational excellence
• Own annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives; scale playbooks and marketing frameworks
• Build scalable AI-enabled tools and standardized templates for efficiency
• Translate data into compelling client-facing narratives and turnaround plans
• Create and maintain a library of scalable playbooks by industry and product configuration
• Analyze performance and tie outcomes to business impact and customer health
