• 2-3+ years in PR, influencer marketing, or digital strategy.
• Experience with PESO model enabling cross-channel visibility.
• Agency experience with CPG brands and multicultural programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social-first ideas and integrated programs.
• Lead day-to-day account activities for iconic brands.
• Manage timelines and budgets; guide junior team members.
• Present to clients with expert storytelling.
• Coordinate media and social monitoring; provide updates.
• Write media, social and consumer-facing materials.
• Handle client calls and develop clear recaps.
• Develop program recap reports linking metrics to impact.
