Target is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Roundel to drive revenue growth through strategic solutions selling for Essentials and Beauty. This role supports remote or hybrid work, with a focus on major markets and frequent travel to key clients, including Minneapolis and other hubs.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, lead strategy and negotiations, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of digital media sales, agency, and/or marketing experience.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $25M+.
• Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, trends and agency landscape.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and identify opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client coverage.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead client strategy, negotiations and proposal delivery aligning Roundel products with client needs.
• Act as a consultant and client advocate to provide solutions.
• Deliver impactful client presentations and education.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle for your accounts with internal partner teams.
• Provide monthly account updates, pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts to leadership.
