Target Corp, Roundel's Senior Account Executive, drives revenue growth by building a strong pipeline and coordinating across audience, media and creative teams to deliver strategic, integrated advertising solutions for top brands.

You will lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while traveling to support national accounts. The role supports remote or hybrid work arrangements and requires cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital media sales, agency and/or marketing experience.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $25M+.
• Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, trends/technologies, and agency landscape.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and identify opportunities.
• Strong, succinct communicator that understands audience needs and tailors the message.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, identifying, qualifying and securing advertising revenue from current and new clients.
• Lead client strategy, negotiations and proposal delivery aligning Roundel product and services with client needs and delivering integrated solutions.
• Act as a consultant and client advocate to provide solutions that deliver on client needs.
• Deliver impactful client presentations and education.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle for your accounts with internal teams to bring industry leading solutions.
• Provide monthly account updates, pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts to Roundel leadership.
