Target is seeking a Lead Account Management, Partner Solutions, Roundel to craft multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies for Roundel clients. You will maintain strong client relationships and articulate the value of Roundel’s differentiators across platforms.

You will collaborate with internal partners to align campaigns with client priorities, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive solutions across media channels, including performance and brand objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of proven digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Media.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key client contact for annual planning to program-level strategies and develop highly-integrated media plans.
• Authorship inputs for client proposals including audience strategies, media mix allocations, and creative/media strategies.
• Consult with internal partners to understand category trends and marketing needs.
• Attend client meetings and present strategic recommendations aligned to client objectives.
• Stay up to date on industry trends in retail and digital advertising; identify opportunities and tests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Reporting & Insights, Analytics, Sales, Trading & Ad Ops, Channel Development) to deliver results.
