Job summary

LeadingReach is a remote-friendly team solving healthcare communication challenges. We seek a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed-won, turning warm leads into paid clients and building pipeline for growth.

You will partner with Enterprise Development and Product teams to lead technical sales conversations and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success for ongoing value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful B2B software sales.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, demos, presentations, contract negotiation, and close.
• Consult with prospects on workflows and challenges, and show the value of each subscription plan and add-on.
• Lead technical sales conversations alongside internal and external teams.
• Know the deal mechanics: security assessments, contracting, and billing.
• Keep leads, opportunities, and accounts clean in our CRM, logging every touchpoint.
• Hand off closed deals to Customer Success to ensure retention and growth.
