Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a passionate Account Executive to join the OTTO by Rockwell Automation sales organization. This remote role reports to the Manager, Consumer & General Industry Sales and focuses on strategic account planning, business development, direct technical sales, and account administration.

You will pursue target accounts, develop territory strategies, build executive relationships, and drive pipeline and revenue growth while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years in industry in roles like Applications Engineering, Project/Program Management and Technical Sales preferred.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations valued.

Responsibilities

• Pursue target accounts in territory and secure business at senior levels.
• Devise account strategies leveraging OTTO solutions and go-to-market approach.
• Develop relationships across organizations to elevate OTTO's position with executives.
• Identify materials handling automation opportunities and promote OTTO solutions.
• Drive pipeline growth and revenue growth in territory.
