Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Eight+ years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Continuing Education requirements must be met for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Manages client required services and maintains client relationships with minimal input from Producers.
• Leads mid-market book of business via the service team guidance.
• Receives and develops new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Acts as direct client contact from initial lead through engagement.
• Contributes to client renewal analysis and renewal proposals.
• Selects carriers for solicitation and negotiates terms as needed.
• Manages third party vendor relationships and contracts.
