Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, a leading national broker, seeks an experienced Account Manager to deliver high-level customer service and support for assigned groups and policies. You will lead initiatives to service existing business, facilitate renewal processes, and support Producer-led growth efforts.

Responsibilities include reviewing renewals, communicating with agents, training Account Managers, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 7+ years related work experience
• Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
• Valid Insurance License

Responsibilities

• Provide service for in-force groups and full-service for select producers.
• Review renewals and assist with market selection or proposal delivery.
• Develop training materials and mentor Account Managers to meet department goals.
• Meet with clients for renewal strategy, proposal delivery and questions.
• Negotiate with markets for premium concessions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system and coordinate with corporate departments.
