Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to drive sales of court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. The role emphasizes prospecting, negotiating and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate leads, develop referrals, maintain a client database, and present company solutions to clients. A strong rolodex with law firms and a Bachelor's degree are preferred. This is a remote role with quota-based compensation and an OTE around $200k+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads and grows profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan, conduct direct marketing activities and maintain promotional materials.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients; negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure client relationships and satisfaction; follow up on activities.
• OTE $200,000+.

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment is desired.
• Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with the law firms within your territory.
