Job summary

Cisco is seeking a senior architectural specialist to drive revenue growth across the Americas within the Internet Infrastructure team. You will lead multi-year, high-value opportunities in routing and optical networks, coordinating with sales, systems engineering, and product units to close market-leading deals.

You’ll manage multi-quarter pipelines in Salesforce, present architectural ROI to executives, and build strategic partner relationships to accelerate adoption of 400G/800G tech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quota-carrying tech sales with high-end routing or optical infra.
• 8+ years fluency in SP/Enterprise routing architectures incl Cisco 8000, NCS 5500/5700, ASR 9000.
• Closed multi-million dollar infra deals with BOMs and long refresh cycles.
• Experience with IP-over-DWDM, SRv6/SRv-MPLS, and 100G/400G/800G optics.
• Skilled at structuring Enterprise Agreements and CAPEX/OPEX models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales strategy for Cisco's Internet Infrastructure portfolio across accounts.
• Direct complex opportunities from discovery to closure with executive presentations.
• Coordinate virtual teams with SEs to deliver proofs of concept and network designs.
• Manage multi-quarter pipeline in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and velocity.
• Build relationships with tier-1 Channel Partners to expand reach.
