Job summary

idX Corporation, the designer and manufacturer of consumer environments, seeks an Account Executive responsible for the successful execution of assigned accounts, including large, complex projects. You will coordinate design definition, value engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation and ongoing customer service.

This role requires leadership of the account team, staff development, and proactive pursuit of additional business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience of Account Management in wood and/or metal manufacturing, interior signage & consumer environments industry preferred.
• 10+ years' experience leading, managing and motivating a project management team within a large manufacturing company.
• 5+ years of experience managing interior signage projects.
• Proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets using MS Office (Word and Excel).
• An understanding of ERP fundamentals.
• Architectural/Interior Design knowledge.
• Understanding of files, processes, materials & equipment unique to interior signage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within expedited timelines.
• Experience with multimillion-dollar accounts.
• Proven ability to lead programs from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Grow account value through strategic planning and interface with management and sales.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Define, build and train for staff excellence in the account team.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure on-time materials.
• Review value engineering opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide monthly sales forecast for assigned accounts.
