Qualifications

• Established track record of coordinating client initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years industry experience with digital or CRM background.
• Agency experience is a must.
• Experience developing client-facing decks and presenting.

Responsibilities

• Act as key collaborator to deliver client asks on time.
• Main client point of contact for assigned projects.
• Produce weekly/monthly status reports and conference updates.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and agency partners.
• Coordinate and navigate assignments to completion.
• Develop and drive client marketing strategy discussions.
• Communicate issues that may affect scope or budget.
