Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Dallas, TX to grow and sustain profitable relationships with commercial and industrial HVAC customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand facility needs, and identify opportunities to expand service partnerships through projects, maintenance agreements, and HVAC solutions.

The role requires a relationship-driven sales professional with knowledge of HVAC systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales, account management, or customer relationship experience in HVAC or related industries.
• Experience managing existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
• Experience selling HVAC service projects, maintenance agreements, or related solutions preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and building operations preferred.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and drive results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with internal teams and customers.
• Experience utilizing CRM or sales management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing HVAC customers as a trusted partner.
• Regularly communicate to understand facility needs and future HVAC requirements.
• Identify opportunities for service projects, maintenance agreements, and additional HVAC solutions.
• Conduct meetings and site visits to evaluate needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop knowledge of customer facilities and HVAC systems to provide proactive recommendations.
• Collaborate with service managers, technicians, estimators, and operations to execute solutions.
• Prepare and close proposals for service projects and maintenance agreements.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance and energy-efficient improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer info and pipeline updates in company systems.
