The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of risk insurance experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The position offers a salary range of $125,000 - $175,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of risk insurance experience combined with account management.
• Ability to manage large, multi-national clients.
• Experience leading a book of business worth at least $3.5M - $5M.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow Aon’s business with client decision-makers.
• Drive the renewal process and develop client-specific strategies.
• Ensure overall account profitability focusing on client needs.
