Job summary

OneApp is seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop relationships and create sales opportunities within assigned accounts, collaborating with Regional Sales Director and Partner Success for onboarding and growth. The role focuses on managing mid-market and enterprise opportunities, leading complex deals from discovery to signed agreements, and coordinating with internal teams.

Travel domestically and internationally is required; salary is $100,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationships and Opportunity Development: Build relationships with executive, regional, and operational decision-makers within assigned accounts through meetings, property visits, and consistent follow-up.
• Sales and Deal Management: Lead complex sales opportunities through discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and signed agreements to meet established revenue goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide Partner Success with a clear handoff of signed agreements, including partner expectations, commitments, and key contacts.
• Pipeline and Performance Management: Maintain accurate contacts, sales activity, opportunity stages, and forecasts in HubSpot.
