Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level, preferably selling energy solutions performance contracts.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively to building owners and owner representatives at the C-level, including performance contracting.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Qualify and close new sales opportunities and renewals with multi-year contracts.
• Lead the sales process and coordinate with internal teams to maximize value for the customer.
• Utilize Salesforce and account planning tools to document progress and milestones.
• Represent the customer, advocate internally to deliver value and drive project success.
