All Gravy is hiring a Senior Account Executive for the DACH market, based in London, to own a territory and build a robust pipeline with SDR support and strong inbound flow. You will control the end-to-end sales process from discovery to close.

You should bring 5+ years in SaaS sales, fluency in German and English, and a track record of navigating complex enterprise deals. Join a fast-growing AI-native team shaping hospitality and retail globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales with consultative selling and MEDDPICC.
• Fluent in German and English; based in London.
• Owner mindset, self-driven with CRM discipline.
• Ability to navigate complex cycles with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and run your target list of logos in our ICP; map and multi-thread them.
• Work a blended pipe: self-sourced opportunities plus BDR-sourced meetings.
• Full cycle: discovery, tailored demo, value proof, commercial design, close.
• Build business cases that win budget sign-off (ROI, payback, total value).
• Turn deal learnings into sharper messaging and product bets.
