Job summary

Eliassen Group in Burbank, CA, is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across CTV, digital media, programmatic, and performance marketing solutions. This client-facing role owns a book of business and works independently with minimal ramp-up while selling media solutions within streaming and digital advertising.

The position is hybrid with on-site work in Burbank four days a week. W2 employment with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of media sales experience.
• Established agency relationships with planning, strategy, investment, or buying teams.
• Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and presentation skills.
• Experience across video, social, display, and data products.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of advertising business.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies and advertisers.
• Sell linear and digital advertising solutions across properties.
• Drive revenue through strategic media recommendations and customized client solutions.
• Partner with sales, programmatic, and solutions teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Support advertising accounts from booking through trafficking.
• Execute RFP responses and upfront or scatter market opportunities.
• Develop client-specific media, data, and audience strategies.
• Prospect, cold call, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Present solutions and business cases to clients and agency partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to increase win rates across all lines of business.
