United Future is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms. The role emphasizes building a robust client base, managing lead generation, and developing referrals while maintaining client satisfaction.

Candidates should have 2+ years of sales experience in court reporting, sharp negotiation and communication skills, and a strong network within the legal community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to training/educational programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business organically.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while coordinating with customer service, report progress, and recommend improvements for client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms to stay aware of market pricing, products, and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales contracts and product trainings to clients.
