Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with commercial clients. You will own the client relationship, develop long-term account strategy, and lead in addressing client needs while targeting growth opportunities and strong retention.

You will oversee renewals and expansions, coordinate with the Account Management team, and drive strategic reviews with clients on a regular cadence. Strong communication and negotiating skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 14+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years relevant experience.
Experience working with consultants.
Development of client-specific strategic plans and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee client renewals, up-sells, expansions and retention targets.
Direct activities of internal Account Management team to meet client objectives.
Lead special projects and task forces as assigned.
