Dynamics Solutions, LLC is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join the New York team. You will operate as a 360-degree, full-desk recruiter focused on business development, client acquisition, and account expansion within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.

You will partner with decision-makers, manage the end-to-end sales and recruitment lifecycle, and drive revenue through strategic talent sourcing and exclusive contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-desk agency recruitment experience with emphasis on proactive business development and tech sector hiring.
• Proven track record of exceeding personal revenue billings and landing high-value new client accounts.
• Commercial acumen in B2B sales, client pitching, and fee negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound B2B sales strategies to win new client accounts and exclusive hiring contracts.
• Own the recruitment lifecycle from pitching to sourcing, placing, and onboarding high-impact talent.
• Audit and optimize recruiting workflows and tech stacks to maximize speed-to-hire and deal quality.
• Provide market insights on tech trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to clients.
• Design complex sourcing strategies to engage highly passive candidates within the Microsoft Cloud space.
• Hit and exceed high-volume revenue targets as a top biller and team leader.
