About The Role: Senior Account Executive – Sales Team
BM Digital is seeking a sharp, persuasive, and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle - from initial demo call to signed contract - for seven and 8-figure consumer brands that align with our ideal client profile.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Director and Marketing team to convert qualified leads into long-term retained clients. This is a consultative, performance-driven role that requires both hunter instincts and strategic thinking.
You’ll be selling a proven, results-backed solution that delivers 3x-5x+ ROAS for clients and you’ll be backed by a world-class team that consistently delivers.
Your Core Responsibilities
Own the End-to-End Sales Process
- Manage the full sales pipeline from qualified lead to close
- Run discovery calls to diagnose prospect needs and pain points
- Present tailored strategic solutions, build proposals, and lead negotiations to contract close
Prospect Engagement & Conversion
- Conduct in-depth demos of BM Digital’s services with a consultative approach
- Handle objections, build trust, and create urgency to drive deal momentum
Strategic Coordination
- Collaborate with internal strategists to align proposals with delivery capabilities
- Work with creative and growth teams to ensure seamless handoff post-sale
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot
- Hit or exceed monthly targets for new client revenue, deals closed, and conversion rates
- Share insights with the sales and marketing team to refine ICP and improve conversion
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in an AE role, ideally selling marketing, creative, SaaS, or growth-related services to DTC and E-commerce companies
- A track record of exceeding quota and closing service retainers ($10K–$50K/month+)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, performance marketing, and growth mechanics
- Ability to communicate complex value propositions simply and persuasively
- High EQ with the ability to read prospects, listen actively, and build authentic trust
- Expert in running live Zoom demos, sales presentations, and writing proposals
- Fast, proactive, and highly coachable with a bias for action and performance
Compensation
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $280K - $450K+ per year, includes base, uncapped commissions, and equity
Location
This is a remote position. You’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with optional access to coworking hubs and quarterly team meetups.
