Your new role - Senior Account Executive - US

Location - Michigan, Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska (Remote - must be based in one of these US States)

Potential Compensation - $240,000 to $300,000 OTE (50/50 split)

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding US Sales team and help us revolutionize the industry. In this role, you'll collaborate with potential customers to learn about their needs and objectives, and determine how Cognigy can assist them.

Responsibilities

  1. Acquiring new F500 enterprise companies from all industries within the defined US geographic territory (Michigan, Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska)
  2. Building and maintaining an effective pipeline by self-directed prospecting, as well as working with internal, Business Development Representative resources
  3. Developing, maintaining and reviewing territory plans that outline how you will meet business goals
  4. Running full sales cycles from account planning & targeted prospecting through discovery/qualification, contract negotiation & close
  5. Taking a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop effective business cases, build ROI models and drive Digital Transformation conversations
  6. Coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs
  7. Taking a collaborative approach to working closely with various team members including BDRs, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership
  8. Representing Cognigy at trade fairs or industry events
  9. Preparing, presenting, and conducting demos, presentations, and customer meetings
  10. Using CRM effectively and consistently to track sales cycles/engagement

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive, selling SaaS solutions to F500 enterprises. (CCaaS and/or CAI experience is beneficial)
  • A proven track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas and closing 6- and 7-figure deals with Fortune 500 companies
  • Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with SVP/C-level buyers
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hunter mentality and relentless in winning new logos
  • Excellent professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor
  • Ability to balance independent sales cycle management while leveraging internal resources
  • Comfort in leveraging partner channels to support sales
  • Language skills: Spanish would be advantageous
