We are helping one of our clients to expand its U.S. commercial presence with a strategic sales hire in New York region. The company is a fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity scale-up specializing in cloud security area. Built by experienced industry leaders, it combines agility with a strong foundation of technical excellence, investor confidence, and product-market traction. Operating in a highly competitive domain, the company offers the chance to join early and drive growth in a high-ownership environment.

In Regional Sales Executive role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and revenue growth within a defined U.S. territory. Acting as the commercial lead for the region, you will engage directly with enterprise security decision-makers, drive strategic conversations, and manage deals from initial prospecting through to closure. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy, suited to a self-starter who thrives in early-stage, results-oriented environments. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in cloud cybersecurity sales who can navigate complex enterprise environments and articulate value in strategic conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closing across the assigned region
  • Establish and grow relationships with CISOs, security executives, and key partners
  • Drive new business through strategic outreach, networking, and value-driven selling
  • Own regional sales performance and act as the primary face of the company in the market
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales) to align on strategy
  • Represent the company in client meetings, partner events, and industry gatherings

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales in cloud cybersecurity domain, including direct full-cycle sales to large accounts
  • 3+ years of success selling CNAPP, XDR, SIEM, or cloud-native security solutions
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and cloud security vendors
  • Strong track record with end-to-end sales cycle ownership with multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Previous experience in high-growth startups/ scale up companies is a plus
  • Proven ability to operate independently in remote, regional roles
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with fluency in engaging executive audiences
  • Expertise in cyber attacks, of threat detection and intelligence, as well as collaboration with Secops, SOC, and Blue-Teams is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory

What the Company is Offering:

The total compensation (OTE) for this role is up to $330,000 gross per year, including base salary and and performance-based bonus. The actual offer may vary based on your experience, skills, education, and location, as well as internal benchmarks and market data. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers stock options, health insurance, some other benefits and travel expenses coverage (if necessary).

This is a remote role based in the NY area, with some regional travel, and offers a strong opportunity for professional growth alongside top industry professionals.
