Job summary

Peraton seeks an Account Director for Texas private cloud contracts, with executive leadership responsibility for delivery, billing, and DIR relationships. The role requires proximity to the Austin area or relocation to the Austin metropolitan region.

The candidate will be the primary Peraton face to DIR, manage day-to-day service delivery, and ensure service levels across a multi-vendor environment, demonstrating strong executive presence and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience, with leadership in large-scale government IT contracts.
• 10+ years managing large-scale government IT managed services contracts (> $50M/year).
• Experience as Account Director or equivalent leadership role on Texas state government or large public-sector IT contracts.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the single point of accountability in complex multi-vendor/MSI IT environments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage DIR leadership and other senior stakeholders.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the Texas Private Cloud contract.
• Be the primary face and point of contact to DIR communications for the Agreement.
• Act on Peraton's behalf in day-to-day matters pertaining to the Agreement.
• Oversee service delivery, billing, relationship management, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure DIR customer satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.
• Provide leadership across a complex, multi-vendor/MSI IT environment and drive contract performance.
