Job summary

Peraton in Texas seeks a Service Delivery Director to lead delivery across the Austin and San Angelo Data Centers, manage service towers, and ensure performance against SLAs. You will oversee multiple SDMs and coordinate with the Account Director to maintain customer satisfaction and DIR relations.

The role requires 16+ years in IT managed services, strong ITIL knowledge, and experience in MSI/multi-vendor government environments. Relocation to the Austin area is preferred.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of IT managed services operations leadership.
• 10+ years leading IT managed services at scale ($50M+ annually).
• Experience managing multi-tower data center services (Compute, Storage, Network, Facilities, Mainframe).
• Federal/state government IT managed services delivery experience.
• Strong ITIL framework knowledge and application.
• Experience in MSI/multi-vendor government IT environments.
• Proven people leadership of large, distributed teams.
• Ability to work with senior government stakeholders and multi-vendor partners.
• US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of all contract requirements across all service towers.
• Provide direct oversight of SDMs for Private Cloud, Mainframe, Facilities, and Data Center networks.
• Drive SLA performance across tiers (Premier Plus 99.95%, Remote Standard 99.00%).
• Provide escalation management for Severity 1 and 2 incidents.
• Coordinate with Account Director on customer satisfaction and DIR relationship.
• Provide ITIL-based service management oversight across towers.
• Drive operational consistency and performance across the multi-tower organization.
• Lead coordination across Austin and San Angelo Data Centers.
