MERGE, a marketing and technology agency focused on health and wellness, seeks an Account Director, Scale, to orchestrate internal expertise and grow a book of business with emphasis on Adobe services. You’ll lead senior client relationships, drive revenue, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, value-driven work.

You will oversee account strategy, manage SOWs, and expand creative and brand opportunities within existing accounts, aiming for Agency of Record status while

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management, client services, or business development within a digital agency, systems integrator, or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within your book of business, focusing on Adobe-related services and multi-service opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Industry, Solutions, Partner, Operations) to create compelling proposals.
• Draft and refine SOWs and proposals with SMEs and PM, ensuring clear scope, pricing, and value narratives.
• Build and maintain annual account plans with upselling and cross-selling objectives.
• Expand MERGE's creative and brand capabilities within existing accounts toward AOR status.
• Manage senior client relationships as a trusted growth partner, not just a vendor.
• Align with Adobe partner ecosystem to spot co-sell opportunities.
• Track pipeline, bookings, and revenue progress with accuracy.
