MERGE, a marketing and technology agency, seeks an Account Director, Scale to orchestrate internal expertise and grow your book of business, focusing on Adobe technology services and senior client relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, craft proposals, and develop account plans to upsell and deliver measurable business value, aiming for trusted partnerships and potential AOR status.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management, client services, or business development in a digital agency or related field.
• Proven revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling multi-service engagements (creative, brand, or tech).
• Strong lead role in SOW and proposal development from scoping to pricing.
• Ability to nurture senior-level client relationships (C-suite/VP).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across SMEs, Solutions, Partner and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and account expansion within your book, focusing on Adobe-related tech services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Industry, Solutions, Partner, Operations) for client proposals.
• Lead drafting and refinement of SOWs and proposals with SMEs and PMs.
• Shape account strategy and planning with annual plans for upsell and cross-sell.
• Expand creative and brand footprint toward Agency of Record status.
• Manage senior client relationships as a trusted growth partner.
• Align with Adobe partner ecosystem to spot co-sell opportunities.
• Track pipeline and forecast revenue with accuracy.
