Job summary

MERGE is seeking an Account Director, Scale in Chicago to orchestrate senior client relationships and grow our Adobe technology services footprint. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution, mobilizing cross-functional teams to drive revenue and expand multi-service engagements.

You will manage senior relationships, shape account strategy, draft compelling proposals, and align with partners to uncover cross-sell opportunities. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management, client services, or business development in a digital agency or tech-enabled services.
• Proven ability to upsell/cross-sell multi-service engagements within existing accounts.
• Strong track record leading SOWs and proposals from scoping to pricing.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand Adobe-related tech services within your book of business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to build compelling client proposals.
• Lead drafting and refinement of SOWs and proposals with SMEs and PMs.
• Shape annual account plans focused on upsell, cross-sell, and measurable value.
• Grow MERGE's creative and brand footprint within existing accounts.
