Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing or ability to obtain licensing in required jurisdictions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistants.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, amendments, cancellations, renewals, and invoicing tasks.
